Elkaaed Plastic Factory is the most important and successful
projects of the company in The 10th of Ramadan City.
The project was in two phases according to the desire of the
owner. The first stage is the Factory and then the second
phase, the extension, is the Store. Project has been executed
and delivered with high quality which assures the Egyptian
Code for Steel Structures. All that is in conjunction with
respecting the timetable of the project. The first phase – the
Factory: It is portal frame type structure covered with
corrugated steel sheets of o.5 mm thick.
The factory dimensions are :
Length: 72 m width: 70 m height: 9 m
steel weight: 180 tons Execution period was 8 months
The second phase – the Store:
It is portal frame type structure covered with corrugated steel
sheets of o.5 mm thick.
The factory dimensions are:
Length: 24 m width: 70 m height: 9 m
steel weight: 60 tons Execution period was 4 months
All fabrication and erection works has finished in proper time
and matching the time schedule of the project. The project
was handed over to the client with his satisfaction and pproval
of quality. We usually maintain our building for one year
which is the warranty period. The warranty includes all works
